MOSCOW, may 8. /TASS/. The Ministry of defense of Russia in a special section of its website published archival documents on the people and events that formed the basis of the known films about the great Patriotic war.
Documents from the funds of the Central archive of the defense Ministry dedicated to the real heroes of the film “In the sky, “night witches”, “the Crew battle”, “Battalions ask for fire”, “Aty-Baty, were soldiers”, “the Commander happy “Pikes”, is spoken in the message of the Ministry of defense.
Among the documents are letters, operative reports, historical forms, and logs of the fighting units and formations.
“Of particular interest are presented in the section personal, premium sheets and military photos war heroes — prototypes heroes of the silver screen. For example, in the section you will find the portraits of the war years of the commander of the regiment “night witches” Evdokia bershanskaya and footage of her character in the film, played by actress Valeria Zaklunnaya”, — stated in the message.
