“Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt”: Moby has announced a new album and released a video
Moby released a new single, Like a Motherless Child from his new album Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt, the release of which will take place on 2 March 2018, reports Mixmag.
The track describes the emptiness he feels people who have lost their parents, and the voice of a higher power. This song in different interpretations were performed by Odetta Holmes, Lena Horne, Mahalia Jackson and van Morrison.

Everything Was Beautiful, And Nothing Hurt will be the 15th Studio album by Moby. In his new work, the electronics goes back to the roots — soul, trip-hop and gospel — exploring spirituality, identity and human vulnerability. The artist was inspired by such artists as grace Jones, James brown, Talking Heads, Gil Scott-Heron. Pre-order the album opens on December 25.
