A native of Afghanistan, Hawari Hussein (Hussein Khavari) in 2016 raped and killed a 19-year-old daughter of a senior official of the European Commission, lied to the investigating authorities about his true age. Reported by the Epoch Times.
After the arrest, Hawari reported to law enforcement that at the time of the crime he was 17 years old. However, in the course of the hearing it was announced that the investigation failed to contact the father Hawari, who is now in Iran.
He said that the real date of birth Hawari — January 29, 1984. The defendant also claimed that he had decided to flee from Afghanistan to Germany after the murder of his father by militants movement “Taliban” (banned in Russia).
