In the state Duma a bill banning Smoking at the entrances
The relevant amendments to the anti-Smoking law was made by a group of Federation Council members.
MOSCOW, June 29. /TASS/. A group of Federation Council members made Thursday to the state Duma a bill which proposes to introduce a ban on Smoking within 10 metres of the entrances of apartment buildings. The document is available in the Duma electronic database.
In particular, it is proposed to Supplement the existing anti-Smoking law norm banning Smoking “in places outdoors at a distance of less than ten meters from the entrances of apartment houses”. Currently, Smoking is prohibited in elevators and common areas of apartment buildings.
