In the Kremlin there is no official position regarding the dismissal of the lawyer Henry Reznik from the Moscow state law Academy (mgua) named after Kutafin due to the installation at the University of a memorial plaque to Joseph Stalin, said the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov. His words to the correspondent “Tapes.ru” on Wednesday, June 28.
“The President has repeatedly said that it is part of our history that we have gone through our country, and, of course, the story should be seen as adequately”, — said the official representative of the Kremlin.
On 27 June it became known that Henry Reznik has refused from the post of Professor of law due to the arrival of the memorial plaque to the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee. According to Reznik, the Soviet leader was “the gravedigger of the law.”
In the press center of the University reported that the Board established in accordance with the decree of the RSFSR Council of Ministers dated 30 August 1960. School noted that the document has not lost its legal force.
