IZHEVSK, June 27. /TASS/. The head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov asked the Russian President to give instructions on maintaining the overall amount of funding state armaments program (GPV) for the years 2018-2025. This subject the head of state Corporation raised at the meeting of the Bureau of the Russian engineering Union and the Association “League of assistance to defense enterprises” with the participation of Vladimir Putin.
“We ask you, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, give an indication of the preservation of the planned volumes of financing (the state armaments program for 2018-2015 years)”, – said Chemezov to the President, warning about the risks for enterprises in case of reduction of orders. “Or at least that they (funding), not so much fluctuated in the range of 10-15% we can handle: to increase the share of civilian products using military technology cooperation and so on”, – said the head of Rostec.
Chemezov also drew the attention of the head of state on strengthening of the requirements on tax reporting, which according to him has led to an increase in labor costs by 49% over the past five years. “We have whole huge departments are forced to create at the enterprises, to prepare, wrote the documents. And then almost trucks export (documentation) to the tax division. I doubt very much that these documents when someone is working out details,” – said the head of Rostec.
Another problem, as explained Chemezov, due to the fact that businesses have to rent laboratories at universities for money, and do educational institutions have to pay for rental space at the factories. “I appeal to You to instruct the government to provide us assistance. Of course, this is important for both sides (universities and enterprises) activities should be organized for free,” asked the President, the head of Rostec.
In addition, he appealed to Putin with a request to instruct the government to consider the inclusion of the forum “engineers of the future” in the program of activities of Federal Agency for youth Affairs, as well as on the participation of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation in the funding of multidisciplinary engineering Olympiad “Star”.
Chemezov also touched on the increase of wages in the defense industry, noting that last year at the enterprises of Rostec, the average level of wages has reached 44 thousand.
