Ukrainian family, received in Germany, the status of refugees, posing as Syrians, began to plead with the authorities of Germany due to the fact that those reversed its decision when the deception was revealed. This writes Die Welt.
According to the publication, the family arrived in Germany in September 2014. At the same time the members petitioned for asylum, claiming that they are Syrians. In March 2015, their request was granted by the Federal office for migration and refugees, which took the decision without a single personal interview.
After that Ukrainians lived in a dormitory for refugees, located in the Western part of Munster. There they began to brag to the rest of the inhabitants, how easy it was to fool the German authorities and to pretend to be Syrians, not knowing a word of Arabic.
As noted by Die Welt, after that, the family sued, citing the legal principle of protection of legitimate expectations, which allows citizens to be confident that the authorities will not be canceled, once the decision. The case is currently administrative court of münster.
