The next meeting of leaders of Ukraine, France, Russia and Germany in the “Norman format” could take place in late June. It is expected, will be presented a new project to resolve the situation in the Donbass. It agreed to develop the presidents of France and Ukraine Emmanuel macron and Petro Poroshenko. The preparation of the project, which may be called the “formula Rules”, the two leaders hope to attract other countries “channel four”. He also expressed hope that the dialogue in “channel format” will be able to solve the problem with the release of prisoners in the Donbass.

The proposal of the French leader caused confusion in the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics.
