The head of the CEC of Russia Ella Pamfilova is going to take part in the festival of rock music “Invasion”, which will take place on 7-9 July in the Tver region. It is reported TASS with reference to the press service of the Commission.
At the festival it will help to choose the President of the event. The agreement was made during an interview Pamfilova gave the radio station “Nashe radio” in early June.
According to information posted on the website of the festival, the election of “Invasion” will be held in three stages. From 21 to 25 June everyone is welcome to nominate any musician among the speakers. From 26 June to 2 July will be a preliminary selection (primaries), when you can vote for any candidate.
According to the results of the primaries will be 10 presidential candidates “Invasion”. Direct elections will be held on the field of the festival in a special tent for a vote.
