The President of France Emmanuel macron said that he respects his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. This is the French leader said in a published interview a number of media, including the Spanish newspaper El Pais.
“I respect Vladimir Putin, the President emphasized. – I had a constructive exchange of (views)”. “We have real differences, particularly in Ukraine, but he saw what my point of view”.
Commenting on the fight against terrorism, macron said that “they (the extremists) are the enemies of the” international community. “We need the cooperation of all in order to destroy them (terrorists), especially Russia,” – said the French leader.
