PARNAS nominated Roizman as a candidate for Governor of Sverdlovsk region
Moscow. June 18. INTERFAX.RU — Sverdlovsk branch of PARNAS party meeting on Sunday unanimously voted for the nomination of the mayor of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman as a candidate for Governor of the Sverdlovsk region, has informed Agency “Interfax” a member of the party Maxim Vernikov.
“Roizman, difficulties may arise with the nomination from the party “Yabloko”, so I put him in our party,” said Vernikov.
According to him, if you fall through the nomination of “Yabloko”, Roizman will go on Governor’s elections of Parnassus, if not, from the “Apple”, and Parnassus will not be its candidate in the election.
As reported, on the eve of the conference of the regional branch of the party “Yabloko”, for which the mayor of Yekaterinburg Yevgeny Roizman was to be nominated as a candidate for Governor of the Sverdlovsk region, was not held.
The head of the Sverdlovsk branch of Yabloko Yuri Pereverzev said that resignation, because it does not agree with the position of the Federal Bureau on the nomination of the only candidate Roizman. The head of “Yabloko” Grigory Yavlinsky, in turn, stated that, in his opinion, Pereverzev pressured the local administration.
Monday should be a conference of the Federal Bureau of Yabloko, which will nominate a candidate Roizman.
Elections of the Governor of Sverdlovsk region will be held September 10.
