Family of Nyagan (Khanty), addressed to the President of Russia with the question of the resettlement of the carriage-towns not covered under this program. This was reported by the press service of the mayor of the city Ivan Yamashev, reports RIA Novosti.
“This car-while education does not fall under the municipal program, but we will consider the possibility of improving living conditions of the people living there”, — stated in the message.
In the city hall explained that the problems with the carriage-towns began in the late 80-ies and worsened in the next decade: companies were no longer able to contain them, and this task had to assume the municipal authorities. “Somewhere this problem in Ugra have been able to decide where something to solve so far for different reasons,” — said the press service.
The program of resettlement of inhabitants of beam arrays was launched in 2012. For its implementation since the start it has been allocated about five billion rubles. Now the queue waiting to move approximately three thousand people. Thus, by 2020, will be able to resettle only about half of the trailers. For the complete eradication of carriage-towns need about two billion rubles.
