According to investigators, he caused damage to the Corporation’s more than 700 million rubles.
Moscow. June 11. INTERFAX.RU — Managing Director on investment activity of the Corporation “Rosnano” Andrey Gorkovo charged with abuse of power, which caused damage to the Corporation more than 700 million rubles.
“Gorkov accused of committing a crime under part 2 of article 201 of the Criminal code (“Abuse of authority, which entailed grave consequences”)”, — said the “Interfax” press Secretary of the Basmanny court of Moscow Juno Tsarev. Gorkov taken to court, she added.
Under the law, the maximum penalty for this offence is imprisonment for ten years.
In the near future the court will consider the petition of a consequence about arrest Gorky.
On the eve of the official representative of the Investigative Committee, Svetlana Petrenko has reported on the detention in Moscow Gorky in the case of abuse of authority. She said that the detention took place after they purchase a ticket for a flight abroad.
According to investigators, Gorkov in the period from 2011 to 2013, “contrary to the established order and the interests of JSC “RUSNANO” and its sole shareholder — the state, placed on a permanent basis the funds of the Society in OOO KB “Smolensk Bank” in the amount of from 460 to 740 million rubles under the guise of settlement and cash services, and in fact the purpose of financing the activities of the Bank.”
“In connection with the opinion, 13 Dec 2014 license from the specified Bank, JSC “Rosnano” have lost their money of more than $ 738 million rubles. At the same time from the Bank, immediately before the revocation of the license was withdrawn assets in favor of his brother Gor in the form of real estate with a total value of 400 million rubles,” — said the representative TFR.
