Vladimir Putin played a joke on late for the talks with the Chinese delegation. The Russian President called the sitting alone the head of China XI Jinping’s “one soldier”. This was stated by the journalist of “Komsomolskaya Pravda” Dmitry Smirnov in his Twitter account.
The Chinese delegation was delayed on the way to conference negotiations.

June 10, 2015 the Russian President was an hour late for a meeting with Pope Francis. December 15, 2016, the head of Russia late for a meeting with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe during the 2 hours and 40 minutes.
