First Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on defense Andrei Krasov told RT that in response to the approach of NATO Russia will respond to expansion of the CSTO and the SCO.
“We will also support their allies, to find new alliances in response to such aggressive expansion of NATO. To expand unions CSTO, SCO. As well as economic alliances, such as BRICS. To minimize this threat, which comes from psevdoholinesterzoy such organizations as NATO,” said Krasov.
The MP added that the CSTO can be extended by the admission of the countries of Central Asia, Pakistan, Iran, India and China. In addition, Russia country would strengthen military and economic cooperation with the countries of Europe, Asia and America who “understand that the world is not unipolar and that can pursue policies independent of the whip the United States.”
Earlier in the Kremlin said that working on the response to NATO expansion to Russia’s borders.
