Media: map “the World” will be electronic gradebook
MOSCOW, 8 Feb — RIA Novosti. Map “the World” in 2018 may become electronic gradebook, all the information which will be stored on servers in universities, integrated with the map, report “Izvestia” with reference to the press service of the Central Bank-controlled National system of payment cards “the World”.
According to the newspaper, the students will be identified by national cards and they can be used to view and edit grades online via the Internet from a mobile phone.
“The world” will be tied to the scoring books students by analogy with electronic diaries and magazines, already existing in Russian schools, — reports the edition.
As told the Vice-President of Bank Igor Antonov TKB, the binding of the record book to the “World” will cost 5-10 million rubles and will require the participation of several companies, as banks are not engaged in creation of computer systems for universities.
The Ministry of education has not responded to the request of the newspaper.
