“The society was held disputes, someone has to support this order, these measures, someone was totally against. Therefore, it was decided to cancel the order, send it for further revision, elaboration,” said Bells.
With a request to check the legality of the document, according to the Agency, to the Minister of health Veronika Skvortsova asked the children’s Ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova.
Informed in the Saratov Ministry of health explained that this order will allow law enforcement agencies to timely learn about the facts of infringement of sexual inviolability of adolescents. The disclosure of medical confidentiality in this case there considered acceptable.
The initiator of the appearance of the document by the regional Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR). The order also received the endorsement of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
