Named the most polluted regions of Russia
All-Russian public organization “Green patrol” has made “an Ecological rating of subjects of Russia” by the end of spring 2017. It is reported by RT.
As noted, the rating lists all 85 subjects of the Federation. The analysis took into account factors such as air, water, discharges, emissions and responsibility of the government, the activity of public organizations.
In second place — the Republic of Altai and the Altai territory. Moscow was in seventh position and St. Petersburg on the eighth.
The most dirty region for newly admitted Chelyabinsk oblast (85-e a place). The second worst was the Sverdlovsk oblast, and her Leningrad and Moscow.
