MOSCOW, June 1. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed amendments to the law “On elections of President of the Russian Federation”, the official website of the Kremlin.
“Federal law establishes a mechanism for the voting of voters at their location based on the application. In connection with this change the form of protocols of election commissions”, – stated in the explanatory note of the State legal Department.
