He noted that the surgery done affected 10 and 20 years. The child remains in serious condition, the fragments hit him in the brain. “We are expecting from Moscow home specialists — a pediatric surgeon and intensive care specialist who will take the decision to conduct this operation for the child on the spot or transfer it to Moscow,” — said Ibragimov.
The third victim also carried out a planned operation.
