MOSCOW, April 19. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday at a meeting in the Kremlin praised the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov for the good social development indicators in the region. At the same time, he drew attention to the need to address security issues and combating terrorism.
“But the manifestation (the crime) happened. The attack was part of Regardie, so the issues are not still apparently resolved, but they are certainly being addressed. I see that they are good at and do it, of course, on the basis of development of economy and social sphere. The fact that you fails to execute decrees of the President of Russia of 2012 is very important,” – said Putin.
