Tillerson cited the low level of trust between Russia and the United States
MOSCOW, 12 APR — RIA Novosti. Russia and the United States must do everything to stop the degradation of the bilateral relations, said U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson after talks with Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“The current state of Affairs between the relationship is at a very low level, and the level of confidence is also at a low point,” said Tillerson.
He noted that the two major nuclear powers can not be in such a relationship.
“We must do everything to stop the degradation, we need to restore trust between our countries in order to resolve the issues that are important to all of us,” said U.S. Secretary of state.
