MOSCOW, April 12. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has set the task to keep the pace of rearmament of the army and Navy of the Russian Federation and to ensure the implementation of the state armament programme as scheduled, said the head of the defense Ministry Sergei Shoigu at the Board meeting.
