The decision of the defense Ministry not to invite their Ukrainian colleagues to the Moscow conference on international security can be dictated by the reluctance of Kiev to engage in constructive dialogue. This opinion in an interview with “Tape.ru” stated the Chairman of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Alexei chepa on Wednesday, April 5.

The Deputy noted that the Ukrainian policy in the course of presentations at international forums, including inter-parliamentary, “to the place and not the place to promote your line.” “This line can lead to a dead end of discussion,” he said.

The MP stressed that the dialogue with representatives of Kiev still need to try to improve. “Never from anyone can not turn away, and we must all negotiate, no matter how hard the source was,” says Chepe.

Earlier on Wednesday it became known that the Russian defense Ministry has sent to Kiev the invitation to the Moscow conference on international security, which will be held April 26-27. The reasons for the decision are not called.

At the same time, as reported by Deputy defense Minister Alexander Fomin, the forum invited representatives of the Alliance. The representative of the liaison mission of NATO in Moscow, Colonel Antonio Sandri confirmed participation, however, performances declined.
