ST. PETERSBURG, March 31. /TASS/. The unified information accounting system for the state defence order in 2016 allowed to transfer to the budgets of all levels in the form of taxes and payments to extra-budgetary funds of about 450 billion rubles, which is about 15% of the total volume of government contracts for defense orders. This was announced by Deputy defense Minister Tatyana Shevtsova.
