Rare fire rainbow to Peru, was considered a harbinger of the Apocalypse

Residents of the Peruvian city of Chiclayo saw in the sky a rare fire rainbow. Some believe that “the sky erupted in flame” — a harbinger of a soon end of the world. Others, however, do not rush to panic, because this natural phenomenon is a scientific explanation for the name, reports the Mirror.

An unusual rainbow was seen by the inhabitants of the area, Patapo. Some devout Peruvians decided that the Apocalypse is nigh, and the Lord decided to punish sinners firestorm. Similar comments appeared in the local social networks.

Depicted above is called rounded-horizontal arc. Fire rainbow occurs when the sky is Cirrus clouds, the sun is above 58 degrees above the horizon, and the flat ice crystals located in clouds horizontally.
