The Consulate General of Poland in Lutsk, Ukrainian fired from a grenade launcher
Moscow. March 29. INTERFAX.RU Unknown in the night of Wednesday fired at the Consulate General of Poland in Lutsk, according to volyn24.com.
Was allegedly carried out firing from the grenade launcher. In the roof of the premises a hole, breaking a window.
“Aiming at the window at the end… the Attack occurred at about 00.30. The Consul told the police that the guards of the room heard the explosion,” the message reads.
Judging by the size of the hole in the roof, suggest that the fired from a grenade launcher or other “serious weapons”.
Vice-Consul of Poland Krzysztof Sawicki confirmed the shelling. He also noted that as a result of incident nobody has suffered.
As the channel “112. Ukraine”, law enforcement officers at the scene found the remains of the RPG-22, namely the back cover. Presumably, shot from the street, with the backyard and hit the window of the upper floor.
At the moment of explosion indoors was empty, so no one was hurt, though the floor below were the guards of this room.
At the moment the Consulate was not working.
