The scientists found the Sun signs planets
MOSCOW, 28 Mar — RIA Novosti. American scientists have recorded on the Sun phenomenon, which is called waves of rossbi and are found only on Earth. Detailed results of the study describing the discovery was published in the journal Nature Astronomy.
Waves of rossbi on Earth occur over the oceans in temperate latitudes of the atmosphere and greatly affect weather. A feature of these waves is that they create disturbances in the air envelope of our planet and the Sun are observed as changes of the magnetic field in temperate latitudes of the solar atmosphere, leading to fluctuations of space weather.
This discovery has become possible with the help of three spacecraft — SDO (Solar Dynamics Observatory) and STEREO (Solar TErrestrial RElations Observatory) — which has allowed scientists to study a single star Solar system from the perspective of 360 degrees.
Previously, such studies were not possible, since the Land was visible only one side of the Sun.
In the Land of waves, Rossby was discovered in the late 1930-ies a meteorologist by Carl Gustaf Arvid, Rossby, in whose honor and was named this phenomenon.
