GENEVA, March 28. /TASS/. Deputy head of Main operational Department of the General staff of the armed forces, General Victor Pozniki outlined two scenarios in which the system protivorechivoe (ABM) of the USA will be able to intercept Russian Intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs).
