KIROV, 21 Mar. /Offset. TASS nail Shachmaliev/. The inhabitant of the Kirov in 2013, hiding from police officers in a dugout on a deserted wasteland because of the debt under alimony in the amount of 1.5 million rubles.
This was told on Tuesday in a press-service of management of Federal bailiff service (UFSSP) Russia across the Kirov region.
“A citizen born in 1976, was wanted 2013. Top features include a private, forces the dugout, he earned his livelihood by collection and delivery of scrap metal. A man owes child support to his son and daughter more than 1.5 million rubles, and all this time is not mentioned in the Criminal-Executive inspection,” — said in management. As found by the bailiffs, to contain two children, the man refused, instead saving up money to buy garages for housing.
At the moment a citizen is arrested, he is sentenced to administrative arrest for 20 days. The court will consider the petition of the Criminal-Executive inspection about replacing him a suspended sentence for real deprivation of freedom.
