The Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev considers it expedient to organize the work of officials of different levels in the same space. This opinion he expressed at the meeting of the Presidium of the Council for strategic development and priority projects, reports TASS on Wednesday, March 22.
“It’s a different approach, it lies in the fact that representatives of regional and Federal authorities are in the same office, in an open room and solve the same task. Such open space, in which sitting officials of different levels,” — said the Prime Minister.
According to him, with this organization, employees become one team, and applicants do not need to walk around the various rooms, solving issues of “the usual bureaucratic way.”
However, added the head of the government, situated in the same space to do all the officials, as they will represent different departments and levels of government. “And in some cases the Federal authorities are required to monitor regional authorities”, — he said.
Earlier Tuesday, Medvedev urged officials to formulate the objectives of priority national projects “human language” that they were understandable to all citizens.
