Electoral Council of the Netherlands has announced the official results of the election
Electoral Council of the Netherlands summed up the results of the elections to the Parliament of the Kingdom on 15 March. Re-counting of votes coincided with the preliminary outcome of the elections confirmed the victory of the people’s party for freedom and democracy (VVD), the leader of which to form a coalition government.
VVD started negotiations on the composition of the future Cabinet.
