The interior Minister of France resigned because of the scandal with his daughters
PARIS, 21 Mar — RIA Novosti, Victoria Ivanova. The head of the interior Ministry of France Bruno Le Roux resigned amid the scandal with the employment of his daughters to the post of parliamentary assistants of father in the National Assembly (the lower house of Parliament) of France.
The Minister’s statement was broadcast live by the TV channel BFMTV.
Bruno Le Roux has held the post of interior Minister of France for three months and 15 days.
On Tuesday, the financial prosecutors in France opened a preliminary investigation on the employment of daughters of the head of the Ministry of internal Affairs of France.
Yesterday evening it became known that the two daughters Le Roux as Schoolgirls and female students, worked as parliamentary assistants of father in the National Assembly of France.
