In Taganrog police are looking for a man walking a bear in the yard
ROSTOV-ON-DON, 19 Mar — RIA Novosti, Ivan Kapustin. Police are checking after it appeared on the Internet information that the inhabitant of Taganrog, Rostov region was walking bear on a leash, told RIA Novosti in GU MVD in the region.
“The Internet has appeared a video in which a young man in Taganrog walking a bear on a leash. Is checked,” — said in Moi.
The spokesman added that the police have to find the owner of a bear to figure out where he got the animal and determine if it can cause harm to others and in what conditions contained a bear.
