All passengers and crew crashed in South Sudan plane survived
MOSCOW, 20 Mar — RIA Novosti. All passengers and crew members of the plane that crashed in South Sudan, escaped, reports the associated Press referring to the representative of the airport in Wau, where the incident occurred.
Some media earlier reported that on Board the plane were 44 people and all they are, presumably, killed. According to AFP, the crash injured 14 people, who were hospitalized.
The airport Manager Steven Ongole (Stephen Youngule) said that the plane touched the runway, and then jumped before the crash and burn. The door liner was open, which allowed rescuers to quickly evacuate all passengers.
The aircraft of the airline South Supreme Airlines arrived in Wau of South Sudan capital Juba. On Board were two foreigners, a Chinese and a citizen of Eritrea.
