Communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov criticized the actions of the head of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky during a plenary meeting of the state Duma. The words of the policy published on the website of the Communists on Wednesday, March 15.
“I wonder why the authorities don’t react, why does it encourage the Rangers broadcast on state television. This extremism transformed into outright hooliganism and criminality,” said Zyuganov.
In his opinion, such behavior “triggers psychosis in the country”. “When a man with a Deputy’s powers from a tribune declares that the Nazis at the time were not allowed, it indicates a deep sickness of the society”, — concluded the head of the Communist party.
Earlier Wednesday, Zhirinovsky brought from the hall all the representatives of the faction of the liberal Democrats. This happened after the Vice-speaker Sergei Neverov urged the ethics Commission to investigate his statements. LDPR leader said that candidates from his party in the Moscow region was under pressure, and then promised that “will move into the Kremlin” and will be “shot and hanged” opponents.
After the incident, the three factions of the state Duma — “United Russia” “Fair Russia” and the Communist party — called for Zhirinovsky to apologize for the harsh statements against colleagues. He, in turn, refused to plead guilty.
