MOSCOW, March 17 /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with the permanent members of the security Council of the Russian Federation the Syrian settlement, the siege of Kiev Donbass and the situation with the “daughters” of Russian banks in Ukraine, as well as current domestic issues.
