The head of the FIS compared sanctions against Russian athletes and the actions of Hitler

The President of the International ski Federation (FIS) Gianfranco Kasper said that advocates for speaking “pure” Russian athletes at the Olympic games 2018 in South Korea’s Pyeongchang. About it writes RIA Novosti.

“I have to protect clean athletes. We cannot allow the Olympic games athletes, whose guilt has not been proven. Can’t deny the right to compete on the basis of citizenship and passports,” said Casper.

As stated by Casper, he was opposed to punish innocent people. In his opinion, the passport is not proof of guilt.

“I don’t want to punish innocent people. So did Hitler, declaring guilty of all Jews… all Jews were killed… prove to me who was to blame”, – he stressed.
