SK filed a case on charge of awards the head of “Mail of Russia”

The investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the calculation of the award to the head of “Mail of Russia” Dmitry Strashnov.


 


According to the newspaper “Kommersant”, as a result of the inspections revealed illegal premiums, the result of which was filed the first case against the official of the Ministry of communications Irina Lapteva. She is suspected of committing a crime under part 1 article 286 of the RF criminal code (exceeding official powers).


 


Her duties included the premiums and the salaries of employees of the Ministry and subordinate organizations. According to investigators, she without reason added the head of “Mail of Russia” more than 46 million rubles as a salary and 82 million rubles as a prize at the end of 2014.


 


In addition, the IC was transferred to another case, which involves Strashnov. At the end of 2014, the head of the state-owned company had illegally appointed prize to his deputies. In 2014, the bonuses amounted to nearly 90 million, and by the end of 2015 – nearly 180 million.
