Sebastini, spoke about the convicted on a similar case eight years pensioner

Pardoned on charges of treason Oksana Sewaside told about pensioner, was also convicted of an SMS message to Georgia about the movement of military equipment, reports “Interfax”.

“This woman’s name is Aniko Kesyan, she’s Armenian from Adler, it’s 60 years old, and in summer 2015 she was sentenced to eight years also for SMS. Now she is in prison in Mordovia,” — said Sewaside.

Lawyer Ivan Pavlov said that his team deals with the case of Kesyan.

“The Russian colonies in different regions to contain other prisoners on similar charges. People who are convicted for sending texts to their friends, including those on the same trains sent to Georgia,” — said Pavlov.

A resident of Sochi, Oksana Sewaside was sentenced to seven years in prison for treason because of it shipped in 2008 SMS messages on the movement of Russian troops in Abkhazia. The Supreme court of Russia has decided to soften the term up to three years.

Earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to pardon Oksana, Sebastini.
