Ildar Dading
Activist Ildar Dading filed in the Zamoskvoretsky investigation Department of the investigative Committee a statement on the police officers who arrested him during a single picket near the building of the Federal penitentiary service. About this on his page in Facebook said his wife Anastasia Zotova.
“Today applied to members of the police that “at about three persons” detained Ildar in front of the FPS without cause,” — said Zotov. She added that she has video footage confirming this information.
Earlier Dading argued that the police violated his constitutional rights and he will bring them to justice.
March 10, Dading, was detained near the building of the Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN). One after another with the opposition leader Lev Ponomarev, they demanded to dismiss the head of the UFSIN for the Republic of Karelia Alexander Terekhov and the chief of IK-7 Sergey Cassava. Serving a sentence for multiple violations at rallies Dading was released on February 26. The conviction was overturned by the Supreme court, the decision was revised on the orders of the constitutional court.
In December 2015, the activist was sentenced to three years in a penal colony on charges of participation in uncoordinated protests in Moscow. In March 2016 the term of imprisonment was reduced by six months.
