The Ministry of healthcare refused to impose a ban on selling cigarettes to those born after 2015. The relevant amendments introduced by the Ministry to draft anti-Smoking concept. As noted, the Ministry of health rewrote the draft of the “concept of state policy on combating tobacco consumption for the years 2017-2022 and beyond”, taking into account comments of colleagues from other departments.
Informed about the unconstitutionality of the ban cigarette sales born after 2015, in their comments on a previous version of the concept said the Ministry of justice and Ministry of economic development.
