To such conclusion came the scientists Alexei Martynov and Dmitry Gusev in preparation for the first integrated rating of “Coefficient of usefulness of deputies of the state Duma”. Data was presented on Tuesday, March 14, at a press conference in TASS, the correspondent “Tapes.ru”.
“The state Duma of the seventh convocation, all mobile, in working condition. All the time someone does something. Even one who does nothing, he pretends that he does,” said Martynov.
The top three ranking of the most useful representatives came Deputy speakers of the state Duma from “United Russia” Irina Yarovaya and Sergei Neverov, as well as their party colleague, the head of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov.
In the fourth position — the head of the Duma Committee on labor, lipolytica and veterans ‘ Affairs Yaroslav Nilov (LDPR), the fifth place was taken by the Chairman of the faction “Fair Russia” Valery Hartung.
The rating was deleted by the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and the leaders of all four Duma factions: Vladimir Vasilyev (“United Russia”), Gennady Zyuganov (CPRF), Vladimir Zhirinovsky (LDPR) and Sergey Mironov (“Fair Russia”), as their evaluation is far ahead of the rest of the participants, said the scientists.
