Netizens found on the Internet a photograph of a judge of the Rivne region, a makeup and hairstyle which brought them to the idea that this photo can scare children.
Some commentators have noted that woman looks like a copy of the evil heroine of the cartoon “the little Mermaid”. Others expressed the view that it is the face of the Ukrainian judicial system.
