The Kremlin has responded to the threat to forbid her to participate in “Eurovision”

Ukraine, acting as the country-organizer of “Eurovision-2017”, is obliged to follow the rules of the music competition, said press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov. His words on Monday, March 13, the correspondent of “Tape.ru”.

Thus, the Kremlin’s spokesman commented on the situation with the Russian party Yulia Samoilova, whom the Kiev authorities may refuse entry into the country for participation in “Eurovision” because of the singer’s travel to the Crimea.

“In Crimea there were all, practically, probably not the people who have never been in the Crimea. This is the first. Second — it’s still international competition and the country-the organizer of the contest should follow the rules by which this contest is held”, — said Peskov.
