Moscow. March 12. INTERFAX.RU — the Inhabitant of Sochi Oksana Sebastini, sentenced to seven years on charges of treason for sending sms to Georgia and pardoned by the President of Russia, was released, reported “Interfax” the lawyer Evgeny Smirnov on Sunday.

Earlier this week, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on pardon, Sebastini.

Krasnodar regional court of 3 March 2016 recognized Sewaside guilty of high treason (article 275 of the criminal code) and sentenced to seven years in prison for the fact that in 2008, while in Sochi, she sent a sms to his friend in Georgia about the movement of military equipment in the direction of Abkhazia.
