“On March 12 in the first half of the day from “Lefortovo” will be released Oksana Sewaside”, — he wrote, adding that Sewaside will not answer questions of journalists to participate in the hearing in the Supreme court of the Russian Federation, which will take place on March 15 and where will be discussed the restoration of the period of appeal.
As reported a press-service of the Kremlin, the head of state signed the corresponding decree, “guided by the principles of humanity”. The document States that Sewaside should be exempt “from further punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty.” The decree will enter into force 12 Mar.
Oksana Sebastini in March last year was found guilty under article 275 of the criminal code (“treason”) and sentenced to 7 years imprisonment for the fact that in 2008, while in Sochi, sent a TEXT message to his friend in Georgia about the movement of military equipment to Abkhazia.
