Information about the Opera singer Maria Maksakova has been removed from the site of the Mariinsky theatre, as the artist is not involved in the current repertoire. TASS on Friday, March 10, said the representatives of the companies.
“Works are in the permanent mode, and information updates occur daily, in all sections”, — explained the press service of the theater, noting that the page Maksakova was removed in a planned manner.
Representatives of the companies said that the singer has signed with the Mariinsky theatre permanent contract.
Earlier on Friday the Internet-the edition “Fontanka” reported that Maksakova excluded from the Mariinsky theatre.
March 9, representatives of the Russian Academy of music Gnesin announced that the artist dismissed from the University due to absenteeism.
Messages about the dismissal of the singer from gnesinka first appeared February 15. According to media reports, it happened because Maksakova fled to Ukraine, together with her husband, a former state Duma Deputy from the Communist party by Denis Voronenkova. Later at the Academy denied information about the dismissal of the employee.
Maksakova was also an invited soloist of the Bolshoi theatre. She has performed the roles of Dorabella, Princess Charlotte and Helen Bezukhova.
