The Russian defense Ministry surprised by the “cool” attitude of the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) for use by the militants of the terrorist organization “Islamic state”, banned in Russia, chemical weapons in Mosul. This was stated by the official representative of the defense Ministry major-General Igor Konashenkov.
“Series recorded last week in Mosul cases of use by ISIS of chemical weapons against civilians is strangely unnoticed by the Western public,” he said.
