State Duma Deputy Alexander Starovoitov (LDPR) considers it necessary to introduce in the lower house of Parliament a system of protection against cheating bills. With this proposal he made at a plenary meeting on Friday, March 10, the correspondent “Tapes.ru”.

“Often the question was raised about what the deputies of other factions copy of the legislative initiative of LDPR (…) and other factions. The universities have been introduced such system as “anti-Plagiarism”. Why do we in the State Duma not to think about such a system as “anti-Plagiarism”?” said liberal Democrat.

As an example, borrowing he cited a bill to strengthen responsibility for dangerous driving, which, according to him, initially promoted the liberal democratic party.

The state Duma adopted a bill on the introduction of a fine for dangerous driving in the first reading on January 27 of this year. The term refers to repeated acts of non-compliance to a safe distance or lateral spacing, hard braking in front of the car, undercutting rebuilding and preventing overtaking.
